Before ordering
Purchasers must have legal capacity to enter into a transaction. Adults buying toys should review the stated age grading, safety warnings, contents, dimensions, and assembly requirements.
Only the items expressly listed as included form part of the purchase. Props shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless identified in the description.
Product descriptions do not promise particular educational, developmental, or therapeutic outcomes unless a specific substantiated claim is expressly made.
Prices and payment
The price, currency, discounts, taxes collected by us, and shipping charges appear before payment. Use one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
The free standard shipping threshold is US$39 after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Orders below that amount incur the shipping charge shown at checkout.
Where currencies other than USD are offered, the applicable amount and currency are displayed before payment. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion charges.
Order confirmation
An order submission is your offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received it. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, acceptance occurs when we send the dispatch confirmation.
We may need to verify payment, inventory, or delivery information before dispatch. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund payments for the unfulfilled portion within applicable legal deadlines.
We will not silently increase the agreed price after an order is placed. If a material listing error affects an order, we will explain the available options.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment progresses too far.
Approved ordinary cancellations carry no cancellation fee. If dispatch has already occurred, a return may be necessary. This does not limit statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.
Delivery
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit for standard shipping.
Available destinations and shipping options appear at checkout. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, customs charges, delays, and missing parcels.
We remain responsible for our obligations concerning delivery and will assist with problems involving seller-arranged shipping.
Returns and product problems
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. The return warehouse is in China.
Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods, or arrange another appropriate remedy.
Eligible returned-item refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt, including inspection, unless a shorter legal deadline applies. Please read the Return Policy for the full process.
Using children’s toys
Follow the product’s instructions, age grading, and warnings. Adult supervision does not override an age restriction or make an unsuitable toy appropriate.
Where relevant, keep small parts, loose magnets, button batteries, and packaging away from children for whom they present a hazard. Stop using a damaged or potentially unsafe toy and contact support.
These precautions do not transfer our product safety obligations to customers or remove rights concerning defective products.
Legal protections
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory guarantees, remedies, product safety duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable conflict-of-law rules. Customers retain access to courts and remedies available under mandatory law; this provision does not require all disputes to be brought exclusively in China.
The terms applicable when an order is placed govern that order, subject to applicable law. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce accrued rights.
